Overview​

Xbox gift cards let you add funds to your Microsoft account for games, Game Pass subscriptions, movies, and more. Redeem your Reward XP earnings for Xbox credit and enjoy gaming rewards.

How to Redeem​

  1. Click Redeem
  2. Choose Xbox
  3. Choose your Amount, fill in your email address, and click Submit Claim

How to Use Your Code​

  1. Go to microsoft.com/redeem or open the Microsoft Store on your Xbox
  2. Sign in to your Microsoft account
  3. Enter the 25-character code
  4. The balance will be added to your account

On Xbox Console:

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide
  2. Select Store
  3. Scroll down and select Redeem code
  4. Enter your code

Important Notes​

  • Xbox codes are region-specific (US codes for US accounts)
  • Codes cannot be returned once delivered
  • Balance does not expire once redeemed
  • Keep your code secure - treat it like cash

Troubleshooting​

Code not working?​

  • Verify you entered the code correctly (no typos)
  • Make sure you're redeeming on a US Microsoft account
  • Check that the code hasn't already been redeemed

Haven't received your code?​

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait the full processing time (up to 2 hours)
  • Contact support on Discord if still missing
