Pending Credit

What is Pending Credit?​

All tasks equal to or greater than 100,000 XP will be in Pending Credit status for 30 days. This means after the task is credited by the offerwall or advertiser, the XP is held in your Reward XP account and cannot be redeemed for rewards until the Pending Credit period is over.

Why Does This Exist?​

Tasks are automatically credited by our system after the 30-day period. This period cannot be sped up by proof of offer completion or other means. The purpose of Pending Credit is to reduce the harm of chargebacks and reversals, allowing Reward XP to maintain high payout rates.

How to Check Pending Credit​

You can view your pending credits in your account profile. Click on Pending to see the specific offers in question.

Member Benefits​

  • Gold members receive increased Pending limits.
  • Sapphire members receive reduced wait time for Pending (15 days instead of 30).
