How To Contact YourSurveys Support
If you need assistance with missing credits or survey issues, follow these steps:
- Go to the YourSurveys support portal: https://yoursurveys.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
- Click the Submit a request button at the top-right corner.
- Under Create a new Ticket, fill out the form and click Submit.
- Provide relevant information, screenshots/attachments, and survey URLs. (You can find your survey URL from your browser history.)
Important: The requested email address is the one you used to create your YourSurveys account. This may not be the same email address you used to sign up on Reward XP.
Note: Allow up to 48 hours for a response. If your issue remains unresolved, you can contact us on Discord for further assistance.
