Summary​

Torox (formerly OfferToro) provides surveys and offers for Reward XP members. Originally founded in 2012 as OfferToro, the company rebranded to Torox in 2023.

How To Contact Torox Support​

If you need assistance with missing credits or offer issues, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Torox offerwall on Reward XP.
  2. Click the My Activity tab (between Home and Settings).
  3. You'll see all your attempted offers with their XP amount and completion status.
  4. Click Missing Credits for the offer you want to inquire about. (This button appears 24 hours after clicking on the offer.)
  5. Fill in as much information as possible and include relevant screenshots.
  6. Click Submit.

Tip: The more information you provide, the better Torox can assist you.
